week 13 - mother's day

first mother's day for ma-ma and ah-ma!

i was a good boy and slept as soon as ma-ma and ah-ma ordered their food! i like to try those crepes one day, ma-ma!

week 12 - mama's birthday

da-da surprised ma-ma with a birthday cake 4 days before her birthday... the cake looked really yummy. i hope i get one like that too for my birthday!

week 12 - dada's movie

this was a busy week for me... i had lots of visitors. i met uncle, auntie and cousin nathan on da-da's side for the first time and ah-gong and ah-ma came to visit too because they all wanted to come see da-da's movie Ping Pong Playa at the LA asian film festival.

since da-da's movie was the opening movie for the film festival i got to be a VIP!




da-da is the star of the movie! he really can play ping pong!






my friends ava and esme's mommy, auntie jessica, directed da-da's movie. she's an oscar winner! hope da-da can be too one day!




da-da won this newcomer award... don't i get one too since i'm a newcomer too?!!




the movie premiere tired me out!

week 11

da-da left us again for another film festival. this time he went to eugene, oregon... does anyone know where it is?!



while da-da was gone, ma-ma's childhood friends came to visit. auntie ingrid is visiting uncle anthony (her brother) from taiwan and they drove down from SF for one night just to see me!

week 10

i had another playdate with my friends tatum and reese. tatum showed me how to play with my feet!



auntie julian gave me their swing since i am a good boy! it's so relaxing! thank you auntie julian!




the sun is so bright, i need some sun glasses!







ah-ma got a new haircut... doesn't she look younger?!

week 9

ah-ma came over from houston to help take care of me while da-da was at the Chicago asian film festival. she hasn't seen me in a month so i gave her a big hug!




there was a heat wave in LA over the weekend and i was hot hot hot! i even got a heat rash and my face turned really red like a hot chili pepper!

everyday i workout on the playmat to get big muscles like da-da!

i love this cuddle cubby mat! i lay on the "cuds" after a bath and for naps and photo shoots, but i am getting taller and taller so can ma-ma buy me a bigger one later?!!

2 month birthday!

mommy here... i guess it's time for me to officially start blogging. this is a blog site afterall! ;)




it's amazing that 2 months has already passed and baby RJT is 2 months old. he has definitely changed quite a bit and starting to sleep longer (sometimes) at night... yay!





ronin has grown 3 inches and added 5 pounds in 2 months... he is now 12 pounds and 23 inches long. head only grew 1.25 inches, which isn't too much, but we don't want a big head anyways, right?!

week 8

uncle ian came to visit from SF and we had lunch with auntie maggie and sedona. thank you for coming to see me, uncle ian!

da-da really likes basketball.... i hope i like it too!
